  • Fondant square cakes and double barrel cakes using two different techniques

  • Color fondant with different color gels and how to use color dust

  • Make and work with edible lace

  • Learn and make ruffles to flowers in multiple ways with a variety of techniques, as well as learn to make realistic leaves

  • Re-create the Delia and tulip flowers to give your cake a vintage and glamorous look and feel

  • Wire flowers and much more
