cake POP clASSES

In this interactive course you will learn step-by-step how to prepare delicious cake pops or cake balls. You will learn how to melt the chocolate in two different ways, and how to dye it in different colors in the most efficient way using oil colors. Furthermore, you will learn to decorate with icing, sprinkles, sugar, and more.

Each student will decorate their cake pops with the guidance and help of the instructor. They will be allowed to taste them and take home afterwards.

bEGINNERS Class

How to:

-ice a cake using acrylic cake boards 

-cover the cake in fondant. 

In this class you will learn: -techniques on mastering a smooth cake with sharp edges. 

-hands on with the help of an instructor step by step.

-how to fill a 6” cake with buttercream and ice it using acrylic cake boards to achieve a professional cake with a smooth finish to cover in fondant. 

Then we will  decorate using a simple design. 

•Course length 3-4 hours

•Price: 85.00. Acrylic cake board set included along with material and recipes. You will take the set of two (2) acrylic cake boards home with you to use when ever you need to ice a cake.

In this course, we will be working with dummy cakes

How to:

  • Learn and utilize the crackle effect, as well as a variety of textures

  • Learn and utilize the cork and bark tree effect

  • Learn how to marble fondant

  • Work with petal dust, as well as create edible silver and gold paint to enhance your cake design 

*NOTE: This class is for intermediate and advanced cake designers ONLY

**This class has a minimum number of 3 guests required for it to run. While unlikely, it is possible that it will not reach the minimum and you will be notified that it has been canceled

Cupcake classes!

There will be no baking in this class

Student will receive two cupcake recipes and two filler recipes as well as two buttercream recipe to compliment the cupcake. 

All materials are included except the cupcakes. Student will be asked to bring six (6) cupcakes to decorate in fondant.  Could can buy them at Publix unfrosted.

We all know how trendy cupcakes have become through the years. Not only because of how delicious and convenient they are, but also how beautifully they compliment an event when celebrating any special occasion like a wedding , baby shower, birthday, christening, graduation or just because. 

In these courses you will be learning different flavor recipes, fillers, cream cheese frostings, and butter creme (including chocolate and many other different flavors).

In this class you’ll be learning the perfect baking and filling techniques with the use of different tips to create beautiful flowers, stars, smooth effects, curls, colored cord with buttercreme, and other decorative techniques that will enhance the appearance of your cupcakes with an original twist.

Some of the cupcake flavors and recipes we will see include: Carrot, Chocolate, Pumpkin Pecan, Vanilla, Red Velvet, and more.

We will be teaching two recipes per class (cupcake, filling and/or decoration). Furthermore, students will have the opportunity to taste and take home four (4) cupcakes

KIDS WORKSHOP

Summer is here and the kids are on their summer break. What better way than to spend a few hour having fun and allowing your child to let out his/her creativity. 

These cute ice cream cone cake pops are as fun to make as they are to eat. 

During this class your child will have hands on experience making these adorable cake pops with the help of a professional instructor.

They will learn everything from crumbling the cake, adding frosting, creating shapes, dipping in chocolate and finally the fun part decorating them with fun sanding sugars, sprinkles, and much more.
