In this class you will learn:

  • Techniques on mastering a smooth cake with sharp edges. 
  • Hands on with the help of an instructor step by step.
  • How to fill a 6” cake with buttercream and ice it using acrylic cake boards to achieve a professional cake with a smooth finish to cover in fondant. 
  • Decorate using a simple design.

**Price: 85.00.

  • Acrylic cake board set included along with material and recipes. You will take the set of two (2) acrylic cake boards home with you to use when ever you need to ice a cake.
